During the tasting you will be given a brief account of the chocolate making process. You will learn about different beans and how flavours are developed, you will be shown how to taste chocolate and given guidance as your taste buds are taken on a journey from one fine chocolate to another, discovering how to compare chocolates and ultimately what chocolate suits you.
